Supported by research on the effectiveness of theme-based learning, our educational method combines small class size, strong teacher-student relationships, and real-world social interactions, with Tzu Chi core missions of community service, charity work, disaster relief, and medical outreach. Our approach allows students to learn about the needs of both their local communities and the world, while pursuing an above par education at our schools. Additionally, parents, grandparents, and Tzu Chi volunteers give their time to accompany students through their learning experience, providing emotional support and individual attention to create a loving, family-like environment.
